## About Knocket

Knocket is a contact layer product powered by Tencent RTC. It gives any maker (founder, creator, freelancer, small team, developer) a single reachable handle at `knocket.ai/<name>` that unlocks three surfaces sharing one backend:

1. **Contact Page** — A shareable page at `knocket.ai/you` with cover, avatar, live chat, links, booking, and socials on one card.
2. **Web Widget** — One `<script>` tag adds a live chat bubble to any website. Works with WordPress, Shopify, React, Vue, Astro, plain HTML — every stack.
3. **Mobile SDK** — WebView SDK for iOS, Android, React Native, and Flutter. In-app chat, push notifications, unified inbox routing.

The three surfaces write into the same conversation history. Reply once from anywhere — Telegram, email, dashboard — and the response lands back where the visitor originally wrote.

## Why Knocket exists

Traditional link-in-bio tools (Linktree, Bento, Beacons) show visitors a list of links and hope one gets clicked. Traditional live-chat tools (Intercom, Tawk.to, Crisp) sit on your website and hope a visitor engages. Neither has a real reply on the other side by default.

Knocket combines both surfaces around a single reachable handle. When a visitor lands on `knocket.ai/you`, the primary CTA is not a link tree — it's a live chat button. When someone chats through the web widget on your site, it lands in the same inbox as your Telegram DMs and email. The unified backend means one maker can genuinely be reachable in one conversation across every channel.
