Can I customize the URL?
Yes โ pick your own custom path, like knocket.io/maya or knocket.io/team-acme. Full custom domains (like hi.yourdomain.com) aren't supported today.
Do visitors need to sign up to chat with me?
Nope. Zero sign-up for visitors. They tap "Chat with me" and start typing. Only you (the page owner) need an account.
What happens when I'm offline?
The CTA switches to an offline lead form. Visitors leave a message + their email. When you're back, you reply โ the message continues in the same thread.
What can visitors send me in a chat?
Text, of course. Plus images, videos, and files โ everything comes through as attachments in your Knocket inbox and Telegram.
Is there a mobile app for me to reply?
Yes โ the whole system replies from Telegram. No separate app to install. Message hits Knocket โ pings your Telegram โ you quote-reply โ visitor sees it in real time.
