Knocket for SaaS — Talk to Every Trial User

Q: Can I tie each chat to a logged-in user?

Yes. Pass a data-user-id attribute when you load the widget after login, and every conversation is tied to that account — so a trial user's question lands with their context, not as an anonymous ping. You still get the instant Telegram and email alert.

Add live chat to your landing, app, and docs. Convert trials, catch feedback, ship faster.

Drop a chat widget on your app with one <script> tag, or share a contact page at knocket.ai/yourname before you even have one. Messages hit your Telegram instantly. Free forever.

◈ WHAT YOU ACTUALLY SHIP

Known users: Pass user_id after sign-in so the inbox shows account identity and preserves conversation history.
Rich feedback: Users send screenshots, video, and files inside the same thread.
Telegram reply: New messages alert your phone; quote-reply in Telegram and the answer returns to the original widget.

Knocket vs Intercom vs Tawk.to

Feature	Knocket	Intercom	Tawk.to
Free forever	✓	—	—
No ads on your page	✓	—	—
Единый почтовый ящик (онлайн-чат, Telegram и электронная почта)	✓	—	—
Telegram push notifications	✓	—	—
Shareable contact page	✓	—	—
One-line install / no code	✓	—	—

Intercom starts at $74+/seat and locks the good parts behind Pro tiers — brutal math when you're pre-revenue. Tawk.to is free but stops at a basic bubble: no shareable page, no unified Telegram inbox. Knocket gives early-stage teams both a widget and a page, tied to a logged-in user, for $0 forever.

Can I tie each chat to a logged-in user?
